I have not gotten back into a SOLID workout routine since the WEDDING!

I started playing tennis again regularly but I REALLY need to be doing yoga and weights 6 days a week alternatively! I left my yoga and ab ripper dvd sets at our lake house. I ordered new ones so once then arrive...I AM BEGINNING! No weight change but I am SURE there is a body fat shift...at least 2%.

YUCK! ; )

Hang in there Jasmine. Glad to see you are still looking forward to working out again. The key for me is to not let my workout skip for too long. Then it feels like i have to start from the beginning. I like to hit the gym 5-6 times a week myself. And when i miss a while i tend to get frustrated, especially if there is a drop in my workout performance. But I am sure you will fight through the pain and come back better than before. Hang in there!
