Disappointed in myself but all I can do is keep trying

It's okay don't get all guilty. We've all been there. We're supporting you. You can do it. Get up and keep going. That's what I told myself the other day. Put your granny pants on and go again.

Momma6224, I felt just like you up till last week, after regaining 25 pounds. I made a *decision* to stick to my plan, and I'm already seeing results. I know you can do it because you've already lost a good chunk of your original goal. The last sentence of your profile is a great summary of your motivation: "Ultimately I want to be healthy, feel good, have energy and... "Change "not dislike what I see in the mirror" from a negative to a positive -- "I want to ... like what I see in the mirror!" Another suggestion: Use the FS food diary feature to plan your meals a day in advance, to eliminate last minute decisions on what to eat.

Momma, you have acheived some really impressive results, so no need to be disappointed. Sometimes new strategies are needed to move forward. You know you can figure it out and be kind to yourself along the way. Be as encouraging to yourself as you are towards others. <3

Good morning, I just finished reading your journal entry. Your mom of five children. That makes you an incredible human being. There is absolutely nothing easy about being a mom. I am so happy to hear that you’re taking care of your health. I know it sounds redundant, but taking care of you, means a better mom for them.

I get it! I gained and lost the same 10 lbs at Christmas and it took me until mid January to take control again! Hang in there. Chin up! You are going to catch your second wind and move on to great things. Everyday is a new beginning, small baby steps will get you back to motivation!
