:) Oh well. We know that jumps up, just like quick falls, are usually inaccurate. I'm thinking that yesterday and today are closer to correct than the preceeding two days. Those quick falls were probably water. Am I stressing? Heck no. I know it'll balance out by the end of the week. If I had started this when I was only 5 - 10 pounds overweight I wouldn't be in this position, so I have to consider that FIRST. I'm happy with MYSELF. I know I'm sticking as close as is humanly possible to ZERO. That's the beauty of this site!!! It keeps me aware of what I'm eating because it lets me put in EVERY LITTLE THING..... no forgetting!! Love it.
