I haven't really been on the clean eating bandwagon this week, I've slipped. I haven't taken my weight but I imagine it's only up a pound or two as I've been fluctuating lately. My clothes fit the same, so no worries. I don't need to lose any weight, I've met my goal, but I decided to eat this way for life as I had cholesterol and triglyceride concerns, and those were what lead to my diet and whole foods diet. I'll keep eating this way as soon as the seasonal chocolates and treats have ended, then keep them out of my diet except for a weekly treat in January. I'm a sucker for chocolate! It's the only food where I have difficulty just eating one or two.
