Home today, on antibiotics for an abscess. Losing weight still, but I haven't really being eating as nutritious as usual. One reward that's been consistent since I started this journey months ago has been buying food magazines, and recipe books. They've got some good one's out for Christmas gifts. I picked up a couple of Indian recipe books, one is for slow cookers, and one is 50 curry recipes. I'm craving healthy sweet and spicy curries!

My teeth have stopped hurting so I've been able to return to semi crunchy food again. I've switched to cashews instead of almonds as cashews are soft enough to chew. It's been interesting! Also eating beets lately too. And riced cauliflower as a filler to add to wild rice.

It feels good to return to my favorite foods again!
