No change in weight. I have not been good this week. Well, for the most part I have followed my diet, but I have let myself down a few times. I only got to go to the gym twice this week.

I have been completely exhausted every day and I have not got to sit down since Thursday. We had people come in and give estimates on our kitchen floor so I had to clean before they got there, my mom came to visit and I went to the state fair AGAIN for about 8 hours with her and my son. We also had a family reunion Sunday which was a 2 hour drive each way. They had nothing healthy at the family reunion and I ended up eating 2 pieces of fried chicken (no skin) and some green beans.

I've got a pork loin going in the crockpot this morning, and I am going to shred it when I get home and have it with some buffalo sauce. Buffalo sauce has become my favorite thing to eat. The Frank's Buffalo wing sauce has no fat, no carbs, and is super yummy. I use it on everything and feel like I am completely indulging myself! I can't wait lol

Nothing much going on for a while so I think I can get back on the wagon and do this thing right.
