yeah, so im back...after gaining all the weight back, and then some, i have now got my head straight again. things are good, not in zona yet, still here in cali...but things are going better...kids are back in school, so that helps out a lot. i can buy what I want to eat at home and not really have to worry about anyone else....yay!
