Back on plan , sugars back to normal. Starting in the right direction. Today is yoga for seniors, wish me luck, last time I tried this I realized how old I truly was! Lol.

I think I will join you. Day 1 went ok, I was a little akward, didn't move as smooth as others.

Maeday, The thing to know about yoga is that everyone else is concentrating on themselves, not watching you. Just focus on yourself; it's not a performance; it's an inner experience. You'll get more and more comfortable as you keep going.
