I was able to indulge in chocolate peanut butter cups and tortilla chips this past week. It was bought for a hike that never ended up happening. I slept so well but still had a few periods of the chills after work. I'm never cold, always running on the warm side, but I suspect it's from weight loss and getting thinner. I would be happy to stay at the weight I am now, but I'm just as okay to get down another 8 pounds to 145. I'm in the maintenance phase, still eating the same amounts as I have been these last 6 months, 30 pounds loss, returning to my old normal of 12 years ago. I see the sag of excess skin hanging below my belly, it's age I think. I have to tuck it in my jeans now. So long as my triglycerides and cholesterol are lowering I'm okay with it!
