Gained some weight again. I think some of it is due to carb creep. I ate maybe once or twice food from restaurants/fast food places because I felt lazy -- the worst one was a poke bowl with heavily sweet "asian" mayo; they always put too much of it.

Some of it may also be calorie creep. For this one I might have to slightly reduce portions and/or amount of ingredients (e.g. less butter when I cook).

One of the culprits may be some sugar-free candies I have been munching on lately. There are a great substitute for gum, but they have too many sweeteners (xylitol, maltitol, sucralose, acesulfame-K, aspartame, etc.) and they taste good enough that I eat too much and too often. In large quantities, this may have an impact on weight, but I'm not sure.

Nice weather coming up for today and tomorrow. I have to go outside before it gets ugly on Monday!
