I am losing weight, but not a lot, but it's going down 100gms , 200gms, 400gms,
Then I eat and it comes back I think
I am also going through menopause, so am very very hungry and crave chocolate or dessert, or comfort food like macaroni and cheese or an omlette or any eggs...... Which I do overeat!
I am doing a lot more plank, core, some light dumbbell exercises and am hoping I can build muscle.
