My weight is the same today, but I'm not very happy as I think I'm losing muscle by IF. 🤔
65.3 kg 지금까지 감소한: 2.5 kg.    남은양: 3.3 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

If you were losing muscle you would lose weight

I am losing weight, but not a lot, but it's going down 100gms , 200gms, 400gms, Then I eat and it comes back I think I am also going through menopause, so am very very hungry and crave chocolate or dessert, or comfort food like macaroni and cheese or an omlette or any eggs...... Which I do overeat! I am doing a lot more plank, core, some light dumbbell exercises and am hoping I can build muscle.
