Try low carb diet, fill up on a large serve of 400grams of low carb vegetables and 100grams of lean meat for lunch and dinner. Cook with no oils or fat. The vegetables I eat for each meal are broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini, baby spinach, onion, celery, bok-Choy, to name a few, my carb RDI is 40% to 30% a day. The vegetables fill me up, I never feel hungry and my calories for the day are low.
