Okay. Got a ton on kcal burned yesterday between the wii and the dance aerobics then had done a bunch of housework. Now I have a step for my wii board and will be getting a new work out game as well and we'll see if I can keep the weight loss going well. Would like to be under 150 by my birthday...maybe that's pushing it.
