Yay! Another pound down. Now things are finally beginning to get back on the right track. At this rate, I'll be able to start 220's on Monday as I'd hoped. I'm ready to see the 230's GO!
I also sat down last night and made out menus for the next 2 weeks and I'm going to keep working on them until I have about a 6 week rotation. It's really not as hard to do as one would think. You still have your basic Chicken,pork,beef and fish but you can change what kind of chicken, pork, beef and fish each week so that you aren't just rinse and repeating everything. My father will be out of town for about 3 weeks so this gives me a chance to do a trial run on some recipes without having to worry if they are something that the rest of the family will eat or not. I can try them first then make a decision based on previous feedback.
Make the best decision for each moment even if there are bad decisions earlier in the day. Never surrender.
