Finally I reached my second weight goal.I began getting serious about losing weight around the 1st of May,I weighed 280.Since then I've lost 55 pounds.7 months,I don't think I did too bad.The last couple months seemed like I came to a stand still.But I never gave up,continued to eat right,mainly low carb & exercise.My blood glucose went down from an average of 180 to a 100 avg. now.Plus instead of taking 3 pills a day for it,I now take one.I have set a new goal now of losing ten more pounds to get to 215.Actually I want to get to 200,but setting smaller goals helps me.
