Thanks for the advice.Yes I exercise everyday,walk a lot,stretch bands,aerobics,and lift weights every other day.I don't drink enough water,maybe 40 to 50 ozs a day.I'm doing low carb diet & eat exactly what Atkins recommends daily,except I don't eat as much as they call for.Get full & feel like I've had enough.I have Type II diabetes & Dr. has cut my meds in half.My blood glucose has been normal last 3 months.I feel I don't eat as much fruits as I should.I did lose two pounds this morning,so maybe my body is getting back on track.One thing is I will not give up.Again thanks.
