I went to a college alumni cookout this weekend and I was excited to have someone say, "Wow...you have two kids and you still look exactly like you did in school. Very commendable." That made my day. Also, I got tons of comments at our family reunion last weekend about how good I looked and questions about how I lost the weight. I was proud to say, just reducing my calorie intake, making healthier choices, and exercise. Feeling great! Now I just need to get my career back on track and I will be feeling truly successful!</p>
Working on making better choices when eating out and not eating late at night. It also seems thaT if I don't workout 4-5 days/week, I tend not to lose. I did 3 days of C25K this week. Week 5 Day 3 was hard! I was not able to run the entire 20 minutes, but I think I ran about 17-18 min with shorts instances of walking. But I'm not going to quit. I'll get there.
