Was a not too bad day, really tired, need to get sleep. Trying to get Xmas shopping done as well as continue on with regular routine and work on top of that, kind of hard starting to wear me out. Think I'm just feeling more tired and worn out as that time of the month is once again almost upon me. But I will get through this, just hoping that is the cause and it's not getting sic. Thank goodness for the persistence of my hubby or I don't think I would have made it through my exercises today. Will go to bed early tonight hopefully I will feel more energized tomorrow.
