In the last two weeks I have gained two pounds.I have no idea why.I've stuck to a low carb diet 100%,actually eating less than I had been.Exercising more as well.My clothes are looser,and I look leaner in the mirror.But the scales seem stuck.I feel a lot better,so all I can do is continue to eat healthy,exercise & see what happens.
103.4 kg 지금까지 감소한: 21.3 kg.    남은양: 15.0 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 100%.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. Starting a new exercise plan or changing the old one in any way (such as increasing workouts) can cause the muscles to retain extra water to help them heal. This can show as a temporary gain on the scale. So you can lose fat/inches but see the scale go up. It will work itself out in a week or two.
