Seems like the moment I go over 20 carbs I gain weight. My body is very frustrating. Most people can loose by eating 30 carbs, but nope not me. Keto has helped a lot with my diabetes, so I have no complaints. Work makes things a bit harder, but I'll figure it out.

Yeah, that is were some of us are. I can maybe get to 26 carbs. It is all good.

Every body is different. If your body is used to eating 20, and one day you eat 30 it might be water

I had to leave keto for now bc of helpless stall. On calorie count right now and the weight started coming off again. But my goal is to go back on keto eventually. Point is, I feel the frustration.

Same with me! I gain weight if I go over 17 carbs, even if my calorie count is really low (like 900)! I have to keep the carbs below 10 a day to lose weight consistently!

Yes I agree my body also hates the Carbs and I must stay very low. I weigh in on Mondays and hoping for another drop. I try to keep as close to Atkins/Keto as possible although it has become much easier for me to cook since my husband has come on board... although he is losing without much exertion and I really have to move to lose. Don't sweat over a weight gain sometimes your body reacts that way and the following loss will amaze you, I have had that happen to me. I also found that sometimes I was not eating enough and the body went into starvation mode and I wasn't losing an ounce, until I started to eat more then BAM I started to loose again. I hear what your saying and it is frustrating but don't give up results will happen...
