Do't get frustrated. Try to change it up a little. What are you doing for exercise?

Treadmill for 30 minutes (Id like to go longer/more intense, but I have sciatic nerve pain and my leg goes numb after 30 minutes), and then 30 minutes of weight machines.

don't give up! slow and steady :) and don't discount the fact that you've already lost 7 pounds - that's a solid number! keep at it - you can do it!
