this is the cold making me hungry. think i must just eat healthy. salad not doing trick any more

I know! I couldn't get myself to eat another salad now that the weather is changing so I went and got some cup a soup. Something to get use to

Water intake we can make the water a little hot. Not that bad then

So I discovered two eating tricks: (1) to eat salad, I leave it at room temperature for at least an hour before I eat it, and make sure that the salad protein is something hot which I add just before eating (e.g. Grilled salmon or stir fry chicken breast), (2) I struggled with stir fry without the stir fry sauce (usually laden with sugar) so instead I poured coconut milk with a tablespoon of xylitol and voila! I've bought a few cans of coconut milk to try on different foods and veggies😋 And so far so food 🙌🏾
