Recording my food consumption is very helpful. I changed my way of eating and was able to maintain this weight for about two weeks. I had a few splurges along the way and enjoyed them. Isn't that what life is all about? I know I need to amp up my activity as I can see the loss of definition in certain body areas. Kind of pudgy;)!

My mood is better. The car is deemed totaled and I am over that. Luckily we have another small vehicle that I can use to transport the old folks. We got dumped on with a lot of snow and the shoveling and keeping things clear is good exercise! There's more to come! At least our bad weather didn't start till February...last year it started the day after Halloween!

Looking forward to seeing my newest grandson today and the rest of the grand kids tomorrow!
