I'm happy my weight is the same and on a Monday morning too! I kept to my IF even though my family was eating around me, heavy Sunday morning Parsi breakfast!! 🤗 They ate aakori and brun maska, that's parsi style scrambbled eggs with a crusty bread and butter, khima pav; that's a delicious spiced goat meat mince with tiny soft breads, and cheese omelettes!!! If I can do it anyone can. I sat there sipping my black filter coffee, It's a lot easier while you're keeping it up everyday. Not eating except when it's time to eat. 17/ 7 hr IF. I started out 16/8 but it's this now after 3 weeks. Yay!!
66.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 1.3 kg.    남은양: 4.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
