Recording everything I eat and not obsessing about balancing macros or doing anything metabolic. I feel too many good, healthy foods are left out when one does a metabolic diet and I am not knocking anyone's way of eating. it is such a personal journey, yet we are on this journey together! So lets keep doing what works for each of us and continue supporting one another and have a great day!
