I'm back. Up two pounds. Not blaming surgery week or anything else for that matter. I need to be accountable for what I eat and need to have clear meal planning and food prep tactics in place. I usually do... But sometimes I really just don't care. I like to eat more intuitively and not plan, plan, plan!
My appetite fluctuates wildly. Some days I barely eat, other days...I do all right.
I think catering to the seniors I care for messes with me. They eat and snack constantly, and then after cleaning up their messes I lose my appetite. Then later in the evening after they are settled in, I EAT! Its no ones fault but my own.
Like Dory says in Finding Nemo...."Just keep swimming...just keep swimming..."
