To participate in the accountability challenge, it seems I have to weigh in daily. I DO NOT. There are times in my life the scale has no power over me and other times it messes with my head. I understand about how wild the body can fluctuate in weight...I just don't want to ride that rollercoaster....
But I am enjoying the challenge and being accountable!

Good job, iulani! You don't have to weigh in every day. You can just weigh back in on the last day if you'd like. It WOULD be good if you can record the mini-challenges daily, just to keep you on track in recording everything. BUT, only record on the mini's that you are actually striving to do. If you are not interested in keeping fats up to 60%, for example, just don't record ANYTHING next to that question. Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it!
