Another week on the doctor's diet. And no exercise. Down two pounds.

2lbs is a healthy amount but I know we get my excited it if were five or more. I say well done! It is a lose and not a gain. I beat my self up so much when I gain but I know part of the journey one day I'll get is right! Great job! Award yourself with something each week to say great job me,not food item lol!!
