3 lb loss. Im happy!

Been good week in the end. Did struggle with being very hungry all week but managed to keep it in check.

Big training walk this morning of 17 miles done in about 4 hours 30 mins so not at all bad. One more big walk to do on Friday(20miles) then its just little walks till MOONWALK night on 14th June. Feel very ready for it. the long walks give a real idea of what it will really be like. I do ache a bit and am a bit stiff. (NOTE TO SELF _ MORE STRETCHING REQUIRED)
88.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 17.7 kg.    남은양: 18.6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 100%.

Good for you busymom. You've done great. The one thing that worries me is that you say that you had to struggle at being very hungry all week. You shouldn't be feeling hunger like that and it means that your body is requiring food!!! When you are as active as you are you need to not restrict you calorie intake as much as if you were not active. You need to eat something when you body is telling you that your are hungry. Be it a banana or raw carrots and lowfat cottage cheese. Anything healthy and nutritious that will take the hunger pangs away. Continued success in your weight loss. Barbara

You are doing so amazing!!! But I agree with the Dacotahsioux, at least nibble on carrots, cucumbers, spinach, something because even though we have food issues we do still have to take cues from our bodies!

Thanks for the advice guys. I did have a little more some oatcakes usually but i was really worried that i would cancel out all the exercise i was doing. But i guess the loss proves that i could have had a little more fuel and still had a good loss!
