Right, so I'm up a little - but that's because my period decided to start yesterday, a full 5 days late. My body fat % came down by 0.5% though, which makes me feel slightly better

Also, I've been taken off the beginner's running program as I'm having trouble with both my knees. It's most likely a bit of tendinitis, but I'm seeing my doc on Friday for my beginning of the year check up, I'll be asking her to test for all forms of arthritis - it runs in both sides of the family! Rheumatoid, osteoporosis AND osteoarthritis.

So, for now I'm on rehab for my knees and pretty much nothing else. Maybe once the inflammation dies down I'll see a more significant move with the numbers
