well i've gained a lb. i have been bending the diet rules somewhat, not a good thing. i did pretty well yesterday but i ate three asian steamed spring rolls 2 with tofu and 1 with shrimp i don't think they are very high in calories, but they were not on the eating plan i wish i could say i feel guilty, but i don't today is all veggie day. i started breakfast with a bowl of black beans and i tomatoe cooked in it was actually pretty filling have a good day everyone
