A very unexpected 1.2-lbs loss, considering what I ate last night! A bit of alcohol with some fancy cheese (not too much, considering how expensive it is) and slices of Portuguese-style chorizo. Also some home-made keto ice cream, which I have been eating almost every evening this week! Let's hope it is actual fat or water loss, and not muscle loss and fat gain!

Still checking that blood pressure that seems to be hovering close to 120 systolic in the mornings, but it is fine for now. I have a doctor's appointment next week and it is always high then. Like weight, I have to make sure that I monitor my blood pressure at home regularly, or it goes up even more.
