I finally got around to making an official weigh in. It wasn't a surprise that I hadn't lost weight. I didn't follow my plan closely this week but I was still a little disappointed to see the EXACT same number as last week. However, I'm going to try my best this coming week to stick to my calories and do the best I can. If I don't see a drop in the number, I'll know that I need to adjust my calories. It's been a little confusing for me coming off of weightwatchers to strictly tracking calories. When I was on weightwatchers, I feel like I wasn't eating enough food basically because I was too anal to eat my weekly points or activity points. I feel much more liberated and in control doing it old school. Sounds kind of funny but true.

well if it cant go down please for all that is good on this earth dont let it go up.. AMIRITE? :) you are adjusting to a new plan so with that in mind.. good job

My biggest piece of advice is exercise every day even if for only 15-30 minutes. It makes you body burn fat quicker through the next day. When I don't exercise but only watch my calories it is painfully slow losing weight if my body even allows.
