I finally got around to making an official weigh in. It wasn't a surprise that I hadn't lost weight. I didn't follow my plan closely this week but I was still a little disappointed to see the EXACT same number as last week. However, I'm going to try my best this coming week to stick to my calories and do the best I can. If I don't see a drop in the number, I'll know that I need to adjust my calories. It's been a little confusing for me coming off of weightwatchers to strictly tracking calories. When I was on weightwatchers, I feel like I wasn't eating enough food basically because I was too anal to eat my weekly points or activity points. I feel much more liberated and in control doing it old school. Sounds kind of funny but true.
