so I had time to weigh myself this Morin. and to my surprise I went down. very happy that my efforts have not been in vain. been having a good week physical mentaly and emotionally. other then being tired from the baby not wanting to sleep in her crib lol. she keeps me strong .
but question if there r any other Moms out there. how do u get an exercise routine done with a little one around. I need some ideas. we walk a lot and go swimming but I need to step up my game try to do something at home.
