I'm back down a pound. Yesterday's gain was a fluke I guess as it was the only time all week I went up. I wrote down WW points yesterday and I do find I have a hard time staying in them as I always did before too, which would indicate maybe I was still taking in too many calories even with small portions. For some reason following the points gets me cranky and I have a mental oppostion to it, but I just need to embrace it and follow it this week to see if it will jump start my loss again. I do believe if I follow it faithfully I will see results. I'm trying to stick with natural, healthy foods (like abs diet foods) instead of addding in useless foods. I'm not sure where my points should be. I believe it's 22. Yesterday I was at 24.

That's great news - you must feel much happier today! Try to stick to the WW for at least a couple of weeks - hopefully you'll start to get used to tracking and sticking to them again, and doing so won't get on your nerves quite so much. Can't help you with the number of points - I'm sure someone will advise. Good luck!!
