Hello all,
This weekend i have two major challenges: first the wedding of my best friend, enough temptations there you can imagine. second a friends gathering where there is usually a lot of m&m's chips and hamburgers, you may not understand but the second is probably a bigger challenge for me than the first. The way i see it i have two choices: either i gain weight on monday, or i loose weight on monday. when i gain weight i will feel guilty endulged and probably bloated. When i manage to loose weight on monday, i either feel great, empowered and thin, and i will feel cheated out of a great (read: food-frenzy) weekend...
