it was my birthday week. this was expected. I'm on the right track again, and itll go away. I know what to do and how to get there. I'm not gonna beat myself up over 5lbs. I'm gonna be just fine.
in other news....WE GOT THE APARTMENT!!!!!! I am beyond thrilled. we get to move in November 2nd. I'm so excited. I need this.
today I praise God for His blessings. I thank Him for his unending love and goodness. I give him glory for all the He has given me and I am in awe that he loves me through all of my doubt and anger. I pray blessings on each of you and strength for another day. Amen!!!
