Ketosis by time restricted feeding and low carb diet is the mode I have been using. I have lost 45 lbs and 3 inches off of my belly since April '18. The goal of this nutrition plan is to down regulate insulin and promote immune health. It has also made me curious about the nutrient supplies in each food I consume because I want to maintain an adequate balance.
