Yippee, I have finally reached my goal and I am so happy. 60kg lost in the last 8 months. However I sacrificed about 4kg of muscle in the process that I will need to gain back. I will have to see what my bodyscan says on Thursday this week in terms of overall composition and my next goal. Thanks to all who have supported my journey, FS has been good to me. Off to enjoy for now and recover from my massive HIIT session yesterday.
