This is the first time I've gained since starting WW. I'm fairly sure I know why I've gained though and I guess that's a plus. This week while I've been on Spring Break I have made extra efforts to workout, which inadvertently meant I earned lots of activity points. Unfortunately, I took it upon myself to eat all of my actiivity points and more several days this week. I also have realized that I am saving up too many points for dinner time and then forcing myself to eat more than I need to finish off my points. I'm hoping that next week I will spread my points out more evenly and not use my activity points.
