I have been stepping up my excersise on the treadmill, not walking everyday , missed yesterday and I take the weekends off. tracking my calorie intake as well as doing the point system. averaging around 900 to 1000 calories per day. I realize I must be persistent and patient, am expecting progress in the right direction. The hardest part is when I go out to restaurants to eat. they don't make it easy. any tips would be appreciated regarding that.
