***TODAY'S FOOD*** Breakfast: Homemade Granola cereal, Original Almond Milk Lunch: Homemade Granola cereal, Original Almond Milk Dinner: Bulalo (Filipino Beef soup...though I used pork in this bec. that's all I had) with steamed white rice.
***EVENING WORKOUT*** Treadmill: Time: 40min. 17sec. Dist: 2.37 miles (9.4 laps) Incl: 2-5.0 Spd.: 3.0-4.0 mph Burned: Calories: 340 Fat Cals: 106
My treadmill stopped by itself! I was trying to do 43 minutes, but it decided to just stop at 40min. and 17sec.! WTH! I guess I burned it out. It's been known to happen. It happened one other time with me (when I tried doing some jogging/running in between walks), and with my husband, who runs mostly. Oh well. At least I got a workout in. Let's hope it helps.
