45 minutes till go time - decided i'm taking my scale - not sure the hotel gym has one or if it's any good. Part of me says just go and enjoy this vaca but then I think about how hard I've worked and the fact that I'm half-way to my goal... found some bubble wrap so the scale's coming with me.
