Ive lost almost 10 pounds in the past 2 weeks by eliminating Junk Food and Sodas. I've replaced it with Fruits, Veggies, a lot of juicing and fish and chicken. Im also doing an average of 90 minutes workout [walking-elliptical-cycling-moderate weights at the gym] I'm going for the goal which is dropping 40 lbs by the end of August. I'l keep you posted.
