Ok, so this is the heaviest i have ever been. 245 pounds and i would not let it continue anymore. I can totally feel the discomfort that comes with being overweight and makes me think about my future health. Not being able to bent over normal to tie my shoes had to be the last straw. I would rather stop the madness now and get back to where i should be.
I proved it to myself over and over again that when i dont play soccer, exercise and eat healthy and right, i do nothing but gain weight.
I will be exercising on daily basis moderately and eating the right food while watching my calorie intake so i can drop some weight to help my body's shape and also prove it to myself that impossible is nothing.
My ultimate goal is to get back on the soccer field and play 90 minutes of it on a competitive level.
