DAY 5 ON THE HCG SHOT PART OF THE DIET. WOW WHAT AN ADJUSTMENT. GOING FROM THE 30 DAY DETOX WHICH IS BASICALLY THE SOUTH BEACH DIET TO 500 CALORIES HAS BEEN A CHALLENGE. THE FIRST TWO DAYS WERE FUN I WAS ABLE TO EAT ANYTHING AND DRINK BUT WAS DEFINATLY A SHOCK ON DAY 3 I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO DO THE 500 I WAS ABOUT 250 OVER ON DAY 3 AND DAY 4 WAS 388 OVER. I WAS ABLE TO LOSE -.4 THOUGH. WENT SHOPPING LAST NIGHT COOKED UP A BUNCH OF CHICKEN SO I WAS ABLE TO PACK MY BREAKFAST, SNACKS, AND LUNCH WHICH HELPS ME FEEL MORE IN CONTROL. DAY 3 AND 4 I WAS HUNGRY ALL DAY ALTHOUGH TODAY I DON'T FEEL AS HUNGRY I GUESS I'M GETTING USE TO THE LIMITED CALORIES.
