Thanks Steven! I'm not too worried. While the weight number isn't going down very fast lately, I've been noticing things like my clothing getting looser and my face thinning out. I'm not exactly sure what's going on right now with the number, but it seems like it is normal and ok. I guess I should exercise more and if I want to keep the numbers dropping I'll do a calorie counting week to get myself back in line. I'm considering a fast (something do occasionally anyway), but I don't when.
