I don't understand the 2 weight figures.

In order to fight the ups and downs of weight loss, I use a digital low pass filter 🤓 to smooth it out. I record filtered data as my official weight and the raw data as the 'Scale weight' in the notes section. In other words, I'm a geek ;-)

Whatever it takes for you to manage the stress of the scales! They are fickle mistresses indeed! I get exhausted with my weight, so I focus more on how I feel.. I used to be addicted to the number on the scale as a young woman and I want no part of that now at 49!!

I have been thinking about weigh in a lot less, but I've associated getting on the scale without losing weight. It makes me nervous not to!
