Ok.... so I've been going back and forth between going on Phase I and then eating whatever I want. I've been eating whatever I want for about a week and half now. I gained back about 4 lbs. So, time to start on Phase I again. I'll be doing Phase I through May 25th (about 3 weeks).... at least hopefully. I have a friend who lost 14 lbs by staying on Phase I for 23 days (& that's without being real strict on it... and I introduced her to this diet, lol). Hopefully I can lose just as much weight since I'm 15 lbs from my goal weight.
I did 100% today! Eating was right on and did 35 minutes on the elliptical. Not to mention some housework that I did on top of taking care of 3 children. :) All in all.... it was a great start to Phase I.
