My back has been aching the past three days, and it's keeping me from getting to the gym because I'm so uncomfortable. Are there any exercises to help with this?

Yes! Two more pounds gone! I shouldn't have been that worried over eating those slices of pizza. After all, it doesn't hurt to shock your body once in a while so it doesn't get used to the same amount of calories day after day.
Almost out of the 90s, and my clothes are starting to feel much better. :D

Weigh-in day tomorrow. I'm kind of nervous about it since this week has just been a total mess. Emotionally, mostly. I've been surrounded by drama that's just bringing me down. I've made some not-so-good decisions regarding the food I eat. Just the other night I scarfed down two slices of pizza. Still, I'm not letting that get me down, nor do I regret it. I had a craving. I gave into it.
I'm just worried because I didn't work out at all this week (with the exception of today). My body burns calories better than starving them off (not that I am, but you know what I mean). Ugh, I just hope that I did not gain anything.
